So I have had a love-hate relationship with this one for many reasons but at the end of the day I can't argue with results and that's one thing that I'd like to emphasize; this one gets the job done! And I don't just mean that it'll form the torso when you wear it, I mean it actually reshapes the fat at the cellular level! I wore it underneath my moderate firmness body smoother almost on a daily basis for eight to twelve weeks, tapering off towards the end. By the sixth week I saw a notable difference in the shape of my torso whenever I took it off at the end of each day! I actually used the graduate eyelets to tighten it in the middle and then used the last setting (making it loosen up off of my lower abdomen and upper torso) with an hourglass outcome! I haven't worn it out in nearly a month now and yet my body has still maintained that shape, seemingly indefinite to me as you'd probably t hink about now I would've started to see the fat start to pooch out again, but instead I have been amazed by how I managed to sustain the results! I was never a believer that cinchers had the ability to reshape the body's fat after long term wear, but after three very dedicated months and the followup timeframe, I can honestly say that if you have the right product and the motivation needed to continue wearing it, it absolutely reforms to give your body the same shape, and it's longevity is seemingly permanent so far! So yeah I have my own rating system for the rare products that I can actually attest to their optimal results for myself and from firsthand experience with this one I have to give it two thumbs up, five stars, and 10 out of ten in my personal review book of absolute must haves!
