the product I ordered was not what I needed. No fault to anyone but myself. I ordered a side shaper. I needed a tummy shaper. My abdominal muscles are weak. So I can pinch 3 inches. I am 5'4" and 110 lbs., The product is wonderful, just the wrong one for me.
