Payments & Refunds

If billing and shipping addresses are different or if the billing address information is entered incorrectly, it may delay the shipment of your order while we validate the validity of the charge. We reserve the right to contact the credit/debit card holder to validate the charge and may cancel or delay shipments that fail to meet our stringent security policies.

We are very careful about protecting our customer's privacy and preventing fraud. We work closely with the credit card issuers and law enforcement to deter and prevent fraudulent payment methods. We reserve the right to refuse any order if we feel that the payment, shipping or billing information submitted may be fraudulent in any way.

To pay by check or money order, please print and complete an order form and mail it with your payment (links below). Items paid by check or money order will ship after monies have been fully cleared (could take up to 10 business days). This order method is not recommended if you need your order in a short time frame.

Orders returned (and approved for refund) will be refunded 7 to 21 days after the return package is received back at our facility. Orders paid by credit card, debit card or PayPal will be refunded to the original form of payment (less shipping fees). Money is refunded in U.S. Dollars and can not be refunded in other currencies.

Orders paid by check or money order are eligible for exchange or store credit only (less shipping fees).

If order is cancelled before being shipped, the full order amount will be refunded.

International orders ship via USPS Services. We ship only to the validated billing address of the buyer's credit card.

Please note that customer is responsible for the import duties and taxes (VAT) that may be due after your package reaches your country. Please contact your local customs office to verify fees and regulations. Sorry but we can not be responsible for customs delays!
