The "Traditional" Silicone Butt Pads we include in this panty/pad set are designed to provide a moderate but noticeable boost. The thickness of the pads is proportional to the panty (the pads increase in thickness as the panty size increases...ingenious). For example, Medium pads will be slightly thicker than Small pads.

Machine wash pocket-panty with like colors, gentle cycle, cool water, mild detergent. Hang or lay flat to dry.
Remove pads before washing. If silicone pads require cleaning simply wipe with a soft damp cloth. Never put silicone pads in a washing machine or dryer, and keep them away from sources of high heat, adhesives and sharp objects.

I just received the foxy fanny brief in nude. First of all, I want to mention how excellent the customer service was. I asked so many stupid questions, that I could have found on the website, and had them answered immediately (and without attitude).
Now for the product. This is my second purchase, with two more products on the way, and I am in love. I've just tried these briefs under a tight skirt, and wow. They look 100% real. Then jeans, tight jeans, and the final test was a pair of tight shorts in a very thin fabric.. All looked real and very discreet. Oh yeah, and my butt looks fantastic.
I purchased the XL, when the medium would have fit, because I was worried the bottom band of the leg would cut in, and I don't know if that was necessary, but it worked. The bottom of the leg doesn't have strong elastic, but I wanted to be sure. What I like about these is how to top fits. The front covers my "muffin top" , yet the back rides a little lower, which will be great for jeans. I pull them up high though, and I'm sure if I didn't, they'd work great for low-rise jeans too.
I'm going to buy some white skinny jeans immediately, as these briefs conceal my cellulite too.

I only bought the replacement panty and put in the "Feel Real Clear silicone pads" instead of the ones that come with it. OMG. THEY FEEL SO REAL!!! I purchased the "Caboost" Midrise panty earlier this year, but omg these are inferior! I was worried the brief would be a bit big because I wear 00 size jeans, but they are perfect. Finally my butt looks and feels good in leggings. With the Caboost my boyfriend asked why my butt felt like I had armour on, (so embarrassing! I told him I had on leggings under my leggings because they were too big...lol) with the Clear Silicone Feel Real pads, he cant tell at all. He cant stop smacking my butt! Ahahahah. This is the BEST by far as I have tried other products! The silicone pad provides a natural feel that you don't get with foam pads. I was amazed that even jeans or pants that I thought fit snug on the butt were not an issue in the fit. I wish I had ordered another pair or two.
