What Size Pads Should I Get?
- First time buyers: If you are a first time buyer of our Booty/Hip Padding, we recommend heading over to our Padded Panties Department. Here we've done all the thinking for you...our designers have matched each panty style/size with a pad shape/size/thickness that will give a proportional/realistic boost on most.

If you're choosing an Optional Thick Foam or Silicone Pad Set:

When choosing an Optional Thick Foam Pad size, we recommend matching the pad size to the panty size purchased (Medium Thick Pads with Medium Panty). But those who want to customize their order with a smaller or larger Thick Pad may do so.
NOTE: If you go too big (like adding a 2XL Thick Foam Pad to a Small panty), the pad may not fit in the pad pocket. Chat with us to ask if the pad style/size you want will fit in the Pocket-Panty you're buying.

When choosing an Optional Silicone Pad size, we recommend matching the pad size to your panty size (Medium Pads with Medium Panty). But those who want to customize their order with larger or smaller silicone may do so. Silicone is a malleable material, so a bigger pad is likely to fit in most panty styles/sizes, with just a few exceptions. For a proportional look, we recommend choosing the Sticky Buns size that matches your typical underwear size. But if you'd like to size up for a bigger boost, go for it! Size down for a lesser boost.

For a proportional look, we recommend choosing the Sticky Hips size according to your typical underwear size (Choose an "A" for up to a size Medium, choose a size "B" for Medium and up). If you're an "A" but would like to get a bigger boost, size up to a "B". If you're a "B", but want a smaller boost, size down to an "A".
